Other than the fact that someone didn’t write my appointment in the book and I called again when no one showed up at appointment time, every thing was good. Service technician, Sebastian, knew his business and after explaining the problems with my door, he went to work. Very satisfied with completed job.

The serviceman arrived at the appointed time. He was courteous, answered my questions, explained what he would do, the costs and the warranty. He was efficient. My problem was a broken spring but he checked the rest of the equipment to make certain no other problems exists. I would recommend Precision Door Service to others.
