I received same day service and the technician Chris was even early so that worked out for me. He listened to my issues I had with my garage door and quickly had some solutions to try in order of costs, so as to try and save me money,which I appreciate. So many times , you usually suspect a service person is always going to try and upsell you something you don't need. I didn't feel that way this time. Everything was great from the scheduling to completion. The tech gave me a call with his ETA. He arrived when expected. All I thought I needed was a new remote.
