Having used Precision Door Service six years earlier, I called them when the door cables looked frayed. The old invoice said "lifetime warranty" on the springs and cables. They came out the next morning repair the cables and serviced the door all for only a $99 labor/service charge. The tech. was professional, clean and friendly. His truck was even clean and nice looking showing a pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this company.
