I contacted Precision Door for service as they were recommended by *** and I am very glad I did. My Technician, Daniel, was very thorough and accurate with pricing. I really like the work he did, my garage door works a gazillion times better than before his service. I have a very excellent warranty from Precision Door, so am covered for 10 years labor, lifetime on parts.

Tyler L*** was the technician that repaired my door. He was courteous, friendly and explained everything broken on my garage door in great detail. He explained the options that I had to get the repair done and how much the cost would be. He said the repair would take from 45 minutes to an hour. He was finished in 30 minutes! The repair was done correctly and my garage door is working again. Thanks so much Tyler!!:)

My garage door opener broke on a holiday weekend. I didn't realize that Precision would come out anytime to help. I will remember should I have a need again. I called on Monday morning and within 2 hours a tech was here to see what needed to be done to fix my door. He told me what the repairs would be and the cost and it was done in 45 minutes. He also showed me how to maintain the door to prevent repairs. He checked for discounts on my service and applied one to my bill. I was very satisfied with Precision Door Service.

I trust our serviceman. He has been to our home before and did replacement work. He cleans up after himself which I really appreciate. He is very polite and friendly and gets down to business. No killing time. He knows what he's doing.

Patrick (technician) was prompt, very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided a concise, well reasoned assessment of existing equipment and offered a range of solutions. He accomplished a full rebuild and replacement of garage opener... very efficiently and briefed me on operations/maintenance... I am very pleased.

Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about the current problems of our door. He explained very well the problems and causes. He then sat down with to discuss options to fix the problem. We settled on a new door. This was a very pleasurable experience. I recommend Precision and Daniel very highly.
