I usually like to use businesses that are in my local community. Every number I called that had a local number had a machine on the line. When I finally called a number that I got a person on the other end of the line, it turned out to be a business out of the Phoenix area. They were very friendly, and were able to give me an appointment the next day. The spring broke on our main garage door Saturday night. Called Precision and received immediate answer by a live operator. Our technician, Tim showed up promptly to diagnose and suggest repair. In addition to the spring he pointed out several other problems that would lead to issues down the road. Tim overhauled and repaired the door in an hour. Chris arrived timely and listened carefully to my description of the issues with my door opener. Then he assessed the situation (problem with photocells) and made adjustments. He also serviced the door. Now the door opens quietly and smoothly and the opener works as it should. Great service!

Called Precision Door and made an appointment after reading all the reviews on this company. The technician Jay came out to our home (he even showed up early which is a plus in my book) and did a wonderful job-first explaining which units they had and what would be the best for us. He was very knowledgeble and did a great job installing a new garage door unit and went over how to work all the newer buttons since our last one was over 18 years old.would highly recommend this company and especially Jay!! I ran into trouble adjusting my garage door opener settings. I found this company on the internet and took a chance calling them. My garage door springs were adjusted and the technician fixed my incorrect adjustments in about an hour. I think his adjustment of the counterbalancing springs probably will extend the life of my opener by several years. I was pleased because the job was done on a Saturday and ahead of the promised time. Technician Matthew was very competent.
