Called Precision at 8:30 am and they were at my home at 9:30 as promised. They installed a new garage door motor and screw drive in 1 1/2 hours---Robin, the technician, was knowledgeable, laid out my options, and efficient in the installation work. I will definitely use them again and rate them as excdellent.
