This company is great. I never expected to get service the same day but they had someone at my house in 2 1/2 hours and they fixed my door right the first time. I will never use anyone else but Precision Door Service of Tucson.
I had a replacement car from Subaru - my car on recall. Brought replacement home put car in garage when door came down - loud noise- door stopped working. When Johnny the technician came out- he got the door open- we got car out . ****** was so friendly and pleasant- he figured out the problem immediately . The door and motor were fine but needed new parts- He said it would take one hour but he was done in 30 min. The people at Precision Doors are very friendly. Had door springs installed the installer was on time. Was knowable and shared the information. Called for a adjustment the same installer was sent. Adjustment was made to door work properly. This is our garage door company.
The technician ( Johnny ) was prompt and polite The job was done correctly We will use them again should it be necessary.
I was in a bad situation when I called. It was a little after 6 a.m. and the garage wouldn't open. Called Precision Door because they have a 24 hour phone line. Their starting time is 8 a.m. -- but the technician came early and got my door working so I was on the road by 8:30. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and got my door working in perfect order. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. They showed up as promised, made the repairs and were on their way in just over 30 minutes! The garage door functions like new again. The service rep was on time and professional. I highly recommend them.
