I held off writing another review until I could see if the door worked consistently. ** replaced my new 8500 with a commercial lift jack to fix previous issues! Everything worked until he attempted to program my Ram truck. He couldn't get it to work and left as this was his final task. Well, none of the remotes or keypad worked when he left. I got one remote and keypad reprogrammed but the second remote would not work. Ordered the new 3 button 811L and it works but you have to be with 5 feet of the door. The motor continued ... read more
The Lift Master opener and installation were fine, but the price for the 8355W unit was WAY out of line with other garage door installers. A few days later I had two 8355W units installed at another address by another companythe cost for TWO was only $38.17 more than Precision charged for ONE! Precision's pricing is WAAAAAY out line! This is price gouging at its finest! Buyer beware of Precision!!! I will tell all my friends to stay away from Precision Door Service of Tucson.
Garage door arrived earlier than estimated and was installed within a few days by an expert technician (two hours total to remove the old door, install and test the new door)
