Called over the phone and they clarify to me that there is no payment required when they just check the system. The technician came, checked the wiring and offer to fix at $130, you can send the quote in my email and I will ask my partner. The technician then tried to pull out and pull in the wiring, after few minutes, he suggested to just bring it back to home depot. Charged me $65 dollars but didn't fix the problem. I just paid, being young and naïve, I guess this rating is about that price.

I have called and left messages, sent emails NO RESPONSE and left a poor review on Google review and the owner said he would get back to me over 4 weeks ago. This door was not as I envisioned and looks very odd. I would not have chosen this option but your installers had to make substantial modifications to make it work. Company replace the two hoist cables, took one hour. Charged $195 for labor and $143 for the cables (which are a $20 set of two from the manufacturer). Refused to adjust their price and explained that is was because of their exceptional warranty. BEWARE these guys!

They came out to repair a broken spring on my garage door--after fixing it, the repairman said I should replace the opener also, as it was "very old". I told him I would not replace it until it quit. Hard to believe , but the garage door quit the next day--I wouldn't say it was sabotaged as I have no proof, but it is a near statistical impossibility that it just happened to quit within 24 hours of their repairman working on it--they offered to replace it for something in the neighborhood of $800 I went to Lowes, bought an op... read more

Would not recommend this company. I had a very very expensive lesson in using elite to replace 2 12 v 7 amp batteries on my solar gate for a grand total of $537.01

This company was very prompt in scheduling our appointment and the service man was nice. The garage door is working nicely. The only problem was the cost which shocked us at how much it was for the repairs. I would not recommend this company due to this extremely pricey repair.

The service technician examined my door and made a quote for repairs to make it working again. He completed the repairs and then found more issues wrong with the door which needed to be fixed in order for it to go up and down. After the second round of repairs and charges were made, the door was still not functional, as he failed to look at the garage door opener which was not working either. I was still charged over $400 and do not have a working garage door.
