Worst experience ever. **** the ** extremely rude. We spent over 4k have had problems with gate since we bought. Contacted them about gate not closing it was cold out. Tech came out of course it worked. Told us to take video if happened again. We did and **** said if they come out it will cost us ****** if works . Explained we are following his techs instructions. He didnt care . Run from them . Left message for owner no return call

I would never do business with this company. I waited 4 months to get a garage door. After several phone calls to find out where it was, I finally got a delivery date. When the technician arrived he informed me that it was the wrong size. I received NO phone call to resolve the issue OR an apology.It took 2 days and 3 phone calls to get a call back for a refund. I called a company locally and will get a garage door in 6-8 weeks.

Rip off . Charge $908 for changing garage door springs .while other companies have quote for $350

I believe Elite's technicians are even better salesman. When they give you a quote they see how much they can get away with and will give you some discounts to make you happy. They charged me $200 for a metal brace that I saw later was $22 at Home Depot and $200 for 25 minutes labor to install it. I ended up I paid $411 and I feel like a fool. They justified it by saying "well it works doesn't it" and we never said we were the cheapest in town. Please shop around and get a fair quote and repair bill.

Not worth a crap, 400.00 later and the door still did not work correctly. Yes he replaced the cables and he was to interested in selling us new springs which was going to be 800.00 and we told him no knock wood we don't need springs so they would not warranty the work because he could not sell them to us. Still had issues with the garage door not wanting to close. Never use them again poor service brought two best gate openers, key pads sensors, and they did not install complete system, System does not work properly and their customer service is not there .Be ware!!!!

Technician came to evaluate garage door (February 8, 2021), gave us quote for $1613.94 to replace/repair, which we paid in full. Said it would be several weeks. After nearly 9 weeks, we called and they told us they would call us back with information. They left a voice mail on April 9 saying that the door would arrive in Tucson either that day (April 9) or very soon and that they would call us when it arrived. Back in October, I was in need of routine maintenance on my garage door. I called Elite because I'd used them a few years before when they were under different ownership. The work that was done a few years ago was well done and reasonably priced, so I didn't think I needed to call around for estimates on the new work.
