Love the new updates and the comfy seats and always have a good experience. But the $1 extra charge per ticket to book before hand is rediculous it was almost $40 dollars for me and my husband to see a movie after popcorn and pop. We definatly don’t go as much as we used to.

I admit, it's been a while since I've been to this theater. With a small child and busy schedule, life gets in the way of us being able to just get out of the house and go see a movie anymore. However, I have been to this theater many, many times in the past over the years. It was always my go-to theater. I will say the new seats are nice and comfy, but I was perfectly fine with the way the seats were before. The ticket prices are still great. Place is a waste of money to see a movie at. Seats are not clearly marked.
I love this theater and the comfy seats but they're online ticket process is the worst. I have tried ordering both through the app & directly from the website, on my phone and on my laptop, and every time, I get error messages and time outs. It takes me a good half hour of messing with it every single time. Half the time I have to log out of my loyalty account to get it to work but you don't dare wait until you get there to purchase your tickets because they have such limited seating now with the recliners. Love the theater, makes the movies enjoyable when your comfortable. However ordering the tickets online was the worst idea ever. Nothing like ordering tickets online 2 hours before the movie, Getting our popcorn, Sitting in what was supposed to be our seats, then getting kicked out of said seats minutes before the movie is supposed to start because our seats weren't our seats, someone else just purchased them? I booked our seats the night before and reserved seatsbut before the movie started they made us move because the tickets didn't print with the correct seat numbers. It definitely was a bummer and I doubt that I will bothe to drive the 35 minutes to get again. They need to fix their seat reservation part of the web site. Very disappointed.
