Love the reclining seats and how it's reserved so you're promised good seats, but their online system really needs some work. Drove 30 minutes last night after buying 4 tickets online. As we finished paying, their system had a message pop up saying to close the browser and try again. When I went back to see if it went through, the exact 4 seats we picked were taken so we assumed they were ours. Movie was great, but the purchase of tickets was very poor... we arrived to purchase tickets and was asked to pick our seats... when we chose the seats we wanted, suddenly they we all booked... in three separate rows... so we sucked it up and picked our next choice. When we got into the theater, the movie started and all three rows where we had picked seats were empty. This was on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm. The place was not packed. And we sat in the seats that we would not of chose, with the others completely empty... t... read more

Really wish you would just step up and get some form of closed captioning system to help the deaf and hard of hearing community... I see you're adding to the building but been dragging your feet for years on the CC system... don't look good in my opioion

Movie was waaaayyy too loud. Ears were ringing when movie was over. Air conditioning much too cold. Don't want to wear winter clothes in the summer!
