Emagine was my favorite theater, best quality for your money. I’ve spent so much time and money at Emagine. HOWEVER, they decided to shrink their small popcorn size and charge the same amount. The manager refused to acknowledge the change, claiming it is the same size. It is not. Very dissatisfied in the change and in the service from management.
Emagine Employees ask me if I’m a senior. One lady volunteered her age that she’s in her 70’s, 30 years older than me. Today, I replied with “I don’t like that question.” The cashier then said “I KNOW, but I’m trying to save you money.” Is the point to lie and get a cheaper ticket, or is their point to annoy their very regular customers?
