Having people walking around with food orders and interrupting me because folks next to me are too lazy to get up and get there own popcorn and pop or whatever is on the menu while the movie is actually playing is absolutely uncalled for. The movie I was there to watch was interrupted 4 times. This is not acceptable.
After 30 min of trying to make the sound work they gave up. Terrible. Went to another location this past weekend for a different movie. They couldn’t get the video to work for 20 min. Not sure what the deal is with this company but at this point I’ll just stream the movies at home. Fail

I depend on captions to watch a movie and their devices don’t even work. The first time, the batteries didn't work. It took a long time to find one that did or find batteries available. One machine was stuck on the device name. Another said the theater connecting to it. They told my husband that the 2 devices they normally use were checked out by other guests at the time and their to do list was to check the other machines out. The theater was so dirty (lobby and concessions especially) and the air was up too high (It was way too cold 🥶 in the theater the entire time of the 2 hr movie).
Prices are fine, theatres are nice, no problem with employees BUT the bathrooms are atrocious!!!! Never clean, no matter what time of day or night I go to a movie. I understand the dust in the bathroom from the construction; however, urine all over the toilets, wet floors, toilet paper, plugged up toilets, no paper towels, none of that is due to construction. It had been a while since I've been and wow!!! Things have really gone down hill there. I will continue to support AMC theatres and will not be giving a penny more to Imagine entertainment. The bathrooms were gross!!! 3 ticket spots open which is less than half kiosks were not working. Theatre was dirty. Should I go on?
Do not go see "Downhill" worst movie i have ever seen in my life. I literally feel robbed.
