We usually come to Emagine to see movies. We love the new recliners and the new lobby. I do agree with many other comments below about concessions stand. It is pretty confusing. My biggest complaint was the temperature in the theater. It was so stuffy and sitting in a leather recliner just made me miserable!!! Please work on your AC!!!

Haven’t been here in awhile. I realized that all the black people that work here were very friendly to all the white people but not to the blacks. They had attitudes and turning their faces up. I really don’t understand this at all. I felt unwelcomed. I don’t know if I will ever go back. The theater was very clean. Also I ordered a pizza and fries and 2 drinks. I only got a little bit of fries. I paid 30 for the food didn’t get my moneys worth at all. Food is over priced

This review is based on the Emagine Novi location, specifically. Last night I went to the theater to see Infinity Wars on opening night. I live in Roseville, MI. The show was sold out across all theaters in the Michigan area, so me and my boyfriend drove all the way to Novi to catch the 12am showing. I’ve always enjoyed these theatres and I love the recliners and buying my tickets online. I absolutely hate the new concession set up. I understand the idea of trying to stream line the process, but I agree with others that three different lines is a little much. It actually took us much longer to get our popcorn and drinks than the old way. The only other suggestion I have is to have a way to refund tickets if necessary. My son took me and my granddaughter and paid once we got in the movies they said she had to be 6 or older then we went to see a kid movie but they was sold out what a waste
