This is a nasty do it yourself movie theater! It was dirty, there were no ushers or anyone to help you and one line pop machine!

We paid for our tickets, bought an appetizer and waited in line to pay. After asking a cashier if there’s a bartender available, he had to leave his station to go behind the bar and pour our drinks. Very nice guy, no complaints about him! But after 55 minutes into the movie we had still not received our pretzel bites. My husband went out to the lobby and asked where our food is. RecommendedI’m very disappointed in them the I paid for my food and because the cashier didn’t stamp my receipt I had to go out and miss some of my child play movie to prove a point and to get talked to rude, I have been to this theater several times and they never even asked for my receipt also they was supposed to make me a fresh pizza and brought a new one back within 5 minutes and it wasn’t even hot
The popcorn was stale and the soda machines were all out of ice
I’ll start by being positive...Emagine/NOVI is head & shoulders above the antiquated AMC 20/Livonia 10 minutes closer to our house. I refuse to even go there anymore. However, this most recent visit was disappointing. All three soda machines on our side of the theater. The three on the other side were running low but we lucked out. The AC was also turned down half way through the 2-1/2 hour Mission Impossible film. I’m hoping this was a one-time thing. I’ll be back to see.
