We waited for 45 min for ourovie to start and after several people asking what was taking so long and them telling us that are about to start it, they come in and say sorry no showing. No other explanation. Most people in our group had someone on the autism spectrum and sometimes being out in public places is difficult enough for these individuals but to have to get them to sit there and wait for so long looking at a blank screen was difficult. I frequent here and like it but last night the power in the entire theater went out a few minutes Dr Strange. It never came back on. To their credit I did get a return pass but I feel like maybe being reimbursed for the snack and drinks I bought would have been nice also.

My wife took our 2 year old Autistic daughter for a special screening of the movie Trolls and after 30 minutes of sitting in the theatre waiting for the movie to start, the manager says "no showing" doesn't even give a solid explanation as to why. This was our first experience with Emagine and I probably our last.

RecommendedSeats aren't the most comfortable. Marcus Movie Theaters are the best (5 plus).
I think assigned seating in a theater is stupid. This is the only movie house with regular seats that I have been to where you have assigned seats. Other than that the movie experience was good but just like every other theater.
