I usually enjoy myself when going to the Royal Oak location. But my last visit on Tuesday was not a good one. Decided to make it a family outing for me, my 6 year old son & his father before school starts back. We went bowling & seen a movie. The concession stand workers were so rude. I stood there leaning on the counter waiting my turn because I'm disabled waiting to place my order and use my rewards, while my son & his dad finished off their game of bowling. This place is horrible. My friend and I got to this location at 10:48pm for a movie that started at 10:40pm. They claimed the computer system was shut down. How does it shut down not even 10 minutes into the previews?! So upset. Will not be back.

The theater it self was great and we love Emagine theaters and attend often. However the concession was not busy and I was the only one waiting to purchase items and was ignored. It took so long I had my husband stand in line so I could go save seats and we ended up in the second row. He took an additional 10-15 minutes to get popcorn and a drink. Hopefully next time it won't be so bad.
Probably one of the worst locations. Most of your employees are rude. The ticket girl told me "half way down on the left" when really my theater was all the way down and on the right. The cleaning crew didn't have the theater blocked to let us know they were still cleaning and looked at us like we were stupid for coming in. Then after having my tickets bought 4 hours in advanced to get there to find out my seat was broken and not be able to see the movie. Thank you for wasting my time. Won't be back.
