The customer service is horrible here! I don't know what has happened to this theater. No one here seems to care about your experience, or your feelings. They think that they can treat you any type of way here, and get away with it. They pick and choose who they want bully, and pick on. The management (Dan and Jordy ) here refuse to help you , and are on power trips, and do not follow the corporate policies that are put in place by Emagine Theaters at all. I attended this theatre on July 21, 2017 at the 11:05pm showing and upon my arrival i ask about the food and drinks and the conigere stay we can still purchase but the bar did not really have anything left. The concession stand then took our order and stated it was going to be 10 mins Kia said she would bring it to the theatre but after 25 mins i came back out for the food and a manger stated that he would check on it but never came back. the guy didn't even want to refund the food. but stated that kitchen was down for the n... read more
Did not like that I had to pay for parking along with the cost of my movie ticket and food. The Movie experience was good
I always enjoy myself when I go. But yesterday was extremely cold. Going back this weekend should i bring a blanket......
For a high scale theater the restrooms were disgusting the movie theater was nice & clean movie was great.
No matter how early I arrive, the only seats available are in the first three rows. Too loud and too cold.
