Usually I would give 5 stars but I can't this time. I'm a faithful emagine theater customer. However the last two times I went was awful. All eyes on me people talked through the entire movie my sister in law recliner didn't work. Friday we went to see Detroit my recliner was broken, we missed 20 mintuminutes of our movie. Until a nice young man final told us he'd bring us or good because the staff was in the back congregating, laughing and talking. Our movie people were talking and on their phones. While the movie watching experience was cool, the bathrooms are HORRIBLE!! Some stalls had no toilet paper, & were filthy!!

No refills on beverages for movies that start after 11. Cool.
This is by far your worst location. We went here because we were eating in Royal Oak and thought that this would be more convenient than going to the Macomb theater. We were wrong. We should have turned around when the girl at the front desk was ignoring us to drink her frappucino last night but we waited patiently and bought our tickets for Valerian. It was incredibly crowded last night but we just thought it was a regular Friday night. Upon arriving in the theater we found out seats not to be a recliner style Macomb and R... read more

Just horrible!!! I really do not like this theater at all anymore I will go elsewhere. Dirty dirty dirty...management team is awful! Dan and Jordy are racial profilers and Jarrett Sanders had a similar experience back in January and this issue is still not resolved.
