Had a great experience "this time". Got our tickets at the concession stand. The young women that served us was very personable. She even let us order op popcorn ahead of time since the movie didn't start for another hour.
The seats are fantastic, but the cost at the consession stand is outrageous. You all don't offer a free refill on the snack pack but charge a dollar more for Poppin olive and didn't fill the container to the top. I had to make the girl fill it all the way... that should be a no brainer when you all don't even give a free refill for $7!!!

Lots to do, but there are some fundamental issues.... the parking and related guidelines are confusing. The staff at multiple stations were less than enthusiastic. We went to see a band we like ... the service was painfully slow, and we decided not to eat dinner there as originally planned because the server was do scarce. It took about 20 minutes for her to return after we asked for menus and drinks. It took 30 minutes to pay after she dropped off the bill. I wanted to lime ot, but I think kind of sucked.

I'll never return to Emagine Royal Oak. Saw IT on Saturday night at a dining theater (Theater 10.) Some asshole bought up a ton of seats and his entourage made it literally the worst movie going experience in my entire life. They stood up, talked loudly the whole time, took photos of each other and the movie screen. On top of that, theater wait staff would come in with food or to take an order - and fucking stand right in front of the screen with flash lights. I usually enjoy myself when going to the Royal Oak location. But my last visit on Tuesday was not a good one. Decided to make it a family outing for me, my 6 year old son & his father before school starts back. We went bowling & seen a movie. The concession stand workers were so rude. I stood there leaning on the counter waiting my turn because I'm disabled waiting to place my order and use my rewards, while my son & his dad finished off their game of bowling.
