It took 45 minutes to get our truck. We approached the valet desk to inquire about the delay. The guy was nice, but he realized there was a set of keys without a tag and yes they did belong to us. The keys were just pushed to the side. Not a good experience. Valet wasn’t prepared for the crowd on March 30th l.
This place is terrible...Just not organized.. waiting for them to post their movies that come out this Friday (today is Wednesday) ...Spoke to manager and he had no real answer, he said we are trying to figure it out now... When you go to other movies web sites (emagine Canton etc..) their movies are listed along with the times at least 3 days before....Terrible service, they make it hard to plan a night at the movies....Looking over the reviews and many people have concerns and bad reviews about this particular theater...
We pre-ordered our tickets online and walked in and went straight to the bar. A bartender asked us if we were with a party and we said no she gave us drink menus. She then went to the other side of the bar and proceeded in helping person after person after person. Finally someone else that worked there came up to us and arranged for another bartender to help us. We were standing there so long we ended up missing the beginning of our movie.
