Employees were rude I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes while the employees just stood around and occasionally looked at me I eventually had to ask if they were going to help me or not

need polite and patient staff. If they are not willing to serve groupon customers better not sell it through groupon.

The place if out of date, and there seems to be no order at the seating and playing areas. It's all mixed, and you can't really determine who is playing and who is bowling. I tried using my groupon once, but was told all the lanes were taken; I'm not sure if that was true! Went about a couple of weeks later, and this time did not show my groupon when asking if a lane was available. We are disappointed only because they did not play any music.

It's a good deal but charging 12.99 for extra shoe rentals? No thank you
Lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude. She acted as if I was bothering her. I do like this place but her attitude will keep me from going back.
