The manager was having a ugly attitude n he was races
The lanes was ok, shoes and equipments was decent, but customer service suck.
That's the worst bowling alley I been too. I spent most of my time at the front desk instead with my family cuz of all the issues...
We had to constantly tell the employees to stop children from running in front of the lanes because the parents wouldn't. I almost tripped over them several times. 2 hrs wasted. My family time was ruined.
The issue is the facility is pretty old and needs updating. We could deal with that but it was very difficult to get an open lane. We called three time to ensure they had open lanes. We got there at the time they told us and each time we were turned away. We had to wait two hours on our last attempt to bowl before we left town.
Dirty, useless staff
Rude staff. Reluctant to help, couldn't care less.
Not good
The ambience was not upto the mark, it was substandard. The patrons with groupon coupons were treated inferior to the regular ticket holders.
