We were there 10am-12:30 and it was league time, so there was ZERO music, which made for an incredibly boring two hours of zombie silence. They did have free water, though.

Was disappointed! After an hour into our game they moved us over one lane which threw everyone's game off and took up time and they had to fix the scoring three times. Then to top it all off at exactly the 2 hour mark they cut the game off, no warning or offer for more time and we only had two frames left and if we wouldn't have been interrupted prior probably could've been done.
The smell its horrible !!
We could not use the Groupon for several weeks due to tournaments, we had to keep calling them to find an open slot, especially during weekends. Also the place was bad, with too much smoke smell from outside. If you are a non-smoker or suffer from allergies, you better stay away from this place.
The manager was having a ugly attitude n he was races
The lanes was ok, shoes and equipments was decent, but customer service suck.
