It's a good deal but charging 12.99 for extra shoe rentals? No thank you
Lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude. She acted as if I was bothering her. I do like this place but her attitude will keep me from going back.
Not well organized
poor lights and ambience not so good :(
Not that great. AMF is much better for a few dollars more. Emerald Bowl is far behind in technology and appearance.
Rude Staff at the food place. It was terrible!
Facility was not clean. Bowling lane got stuck couple of times.
A young lady was robbed at Gun point the night we were there with kids. I will not return to this location to bowl. However the customer service from the gentlemen there was pleasant and just unfortunate that other ruined a good night.
