We went on Sunday 12/13/15 at 11:00 It was rather busy because there was a large number of league bowlers there They were expecting another group at 1:00 so our lane choices were very limited The bowling shoes were very worn The screens have animations that come up when you make a strike or miss a ball, I found them very entertaining
The bowling was okay, but someone stole my truck mirror while I was in there bowling Replacement cost is almost $40000 I'm not happy!
Employees were rude I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes while the employees just stood around and occasionally looked at me I eventually had to ask if they were going to help me or not
Was supposed to have been for 2 hours but seemed like less time
need polite and patient staff. If they are not willing to serve groupon customers better not sell it through groupon.

The place if out of date, and there seems to be no order at the seating and playing areas. It's all mixed, and you can't really determine who is playing and who is bowling. I tried using my groupon once, but was told all the lanes were taken; I'm not sure if that was true! Went about a couple of weeks later, and this time did not show my groupon when asking if a lane was available.
