Had Groupon with Mon- Thur full day access terms but they didn’t allow access due to some league. They didn’t offer any help. Taking up with Groupon is a challenge, it maybe waste of time. Money waste.
They need music. It’s a nice place just boring without music. Very old fashion. Gotta keep up with the crowd today.
I HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO BOWL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible experience, even after 24 hours after purchasing the coupon, employees did not want to honor the deal and said if you purchased after 5pm, Groupon closes and does not process the transaction and therefore you have to wait till the next day even though I went there 24 hours after I had purchased like it states. Made no sense, waste of a trip for me to drive to this location twice. If this is true this should be clearly posted on the deal.
