Chris came out one evening to see our old windows and talk about options. He was very friendly and easy-going, and thankfully (unlike one other vendor we contacted) he was not "smarmy" or overly "sales-y." He shared with us a lot of really good info about the different types of window options we had. Once we selected a brand of windows, he wrote up a quote right then and there, in about 10-15 minutes. It was fine. It was just what was expected. They showed up when they should have and they did a good job. There were extra charges and they told me about it before they came because I did some modification from the original deal. They had a good price. They were prompt and courteous.
