Went great! Terry and Dave were great to work with. No sales pitch & no minimum. Replaced 2 bedroom windows, did a good job & process went smooth. Will not hesitate to use this company again!!
They ordered the wrong glass the first time so they had to come back out. They then came out and completed the work on September 29th. It went good. He was the nicest fellow. I was afraid that when they took out the old glass that they would damage the molding and paint around my doors but they did an amazing job.

We appreciate your positive feedback. To clarify, we ordered from our supplier tempered safety glass and they shipped annealed (non-tempered). We discovered and had to get the proper tempered units brought in, hence the need for the second visit. The workers were scheduled to arrive at approximately 0900. <br /> They called; <good> and said they would be late--arrived at approximately 10:25. <br /> <Not good--this job would take ALL of 8 hours.> <br /> Both workers were very pleasant, professional, and had an energetic work attitude. <br /> One was a plumber, who was basically there to help with lifting and setting the hefty units just off the ground into the frame. <br /> The other did carpentry, but told me that "windows were really not his specialty". <br /> The I... read more

There are some errors in this review (the installer sent out was actually our install manager, very skilled and knowledgeable), but rather than refute them all it makes more sense to respond with an apology for not meeting the expectations for this glass replacement project. We decided to do this work at the same time when we do siding on our house, which will be sometimes next year. It did not make sense to do it separately. The provider was very very helpful.
I didnt use the deal because he is going to do a different job for me. He was excellent. He answered a lot of questions that I had. He will be putting in a sliding patio door for me.

Incredible staff. Andy, Jason & Naomi were all very professional and great about correspondence and communication. Even the installer kept me up to date on his progress. Quality and price were great. Would definitely use them again. <br />
