We are a window replacement company which means frames and glass, often times with construction requirements (framing, trim, etc.). Glass replacement involves technicians that specialize in unframed glass handling, with specialty tools and expertise. <b>I ended up not needing the patio door at all, so I requested I refund. I am still having them come out to service the door track. They?re very professional and attentive to the details, and not just about selling the product.</b>

He was very nice, professional, on time and a good communicator. <br /> I quoted this same item from two other companies on Angie's list and decided on Emerald City because Andy had <br /> a positive attitude and made the process easy. I met with him 2/6 and the door will be installed 2/16. <br /> Great response time. All together a very good experience. <br />
The company returned my email promptly including a quote and suggestions. The sales staff, estimator and installers were very professional and worked around my timeframe. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the appearance of the new windows and would recommend this company. <br /> <br />
I was looking for a reputable company with honest pricing to replace all the windows in my rental home. I initially had called the company listed above Emerald city in my Angie's List booklet for a quote; the gentleman was not very pleasant to talk to, and gave me a quote on two windows of the same brand as the whole house cost me through Emerald! Theteam who came out to do the install was on time,hard-working, did a good job and I am generally pleased with the windows.But there was a miscalculation on the measurement of one of the windows. It took longer thanexpected to get this replacement window installed andI wasn't as happy with thecustomer service on the replacement window as I was on the previous 5.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p>

We certainly apologize that we had to return to correct a mis-sized window. Unfortunately that does happen now and then; the delay is definitely a frustration and we should have been more prepared on arrival for the second visit so it would have gone quicker and more smoothly.
