First of all, we were booked a room and when we entered the room someone else was already staying there. My family walked in on some lady changing. Secondly, someone charged our room $300 worth of food at the restaurant that we never even attended. We’ve had a lot better experiences than this place. Ron Tocci is as very unpleasant person who doesn’t care what experience you have at the Emerald Grande. He used the “f” word on more than one occasion with us, called security on us, told us to call the CIA,FBI if we needed more help. This was all about being assigned a room that had bunk beds when we didn’t book it. Our whole party (4)has medical issues that would not allow for the use of bunk beds. Front desk staff are lazy, they will tell you No before even looking into the problem. So far the bellmen are the only ppl that have been helpful.

Problem after problem since day one. First room lost air conditioning and we were without it all night. They moved us to PH where the room was exactly the same so don't waste money booking the PH suite at this place. The phone hasn't worked since we've been in the new room, lights don't work in the showers, air conditioning is constantly on 74 even though it is set to 70.
