We booked and paid for two rooms! When we checked in they only showed one reservation and and 8:30pm we were still trying to check into our room! Welcome to the Emerald Grande! Staff was very unaccomidating and acted like we were didn’t know what we were talking about! No thank you or I’m sorry for the inconvenience!

Today I came for a stay from Tampa area, and after walking around carrying heavy luggage through the parking garage for about 20 minutes I came to the lobby to ask for better directions.. a front desk employee offered a bell man to escort me and help me with my heavy items I got in line to the bell man area to ask one of them if they would take me, like the front desk employee offered and the manager intervened. The private beach you advertise is actually a public beach (O’Steen Public beach). Truth in advertising???

RecommendedPlace is so beautiful, but we are so disappointed because , when we booked our stay we were looking forward to the private beach, no where in the description does it say anything about not being allowed on the private beach even though we paid to stay in this place, only to find out we’re not even allowed on the beach. hopping on here to talk about the experience i had last night when we got to our resort. i normally don’t like doing this but i was so upset last night that i felt it needed to be shared. on wednesday i lost all mobility, function and most feeling in my left side, so i am now permanently in a wheel chair. however after a long 6 hour drive i was ready to sleep and lay in bed and the people at Wyndham made us sit down and went on a 30 minute  spiel trying to sell my parents more of this time share. we tried to express multi... read more
