We just stayed this past weekend in the penthouse room 1325 and had the absolute worse experience! We were placed in the room when fans were blowing in one of the rooms due to a leak. The room smelled so awful 1 couple had to sleep on a mattress on the floor! There was mold in the suite and another one of the master beds was completely broken! Kerri was very rude and not accomodating!!Worse experience ever we will never stay again, we highly recommend the Henderson!!

8 hours ago on  Google Wow, huge disappointment.. One would think a Wyndham property would go out of their way to make things right, but nope, nothing.. We aren't ones to post a bad review unless its warranted.. Lets start with a late check in, 6:03pm to be exact, which wouldn't be a big deal if we weren't waiting since 2pm and it was raining... Room not ready upon arrival. Been waiting well over an hour and been told can’t get any updates because the front desk people don’t communicate with the cleaning crew. That makes no sense.

Spent thousands of dollars to stay here during Spring break with our family to be awakened by the noise from this construction site and this view every morning so far. Not what we expected for our 1st family vacation in 2 years and since the pandemic started. Very disappointing!!

This is my second stay here. The first time I had a broken toilet that took them 2 days to fix. The smell was horrible. I guess I’m a glutton for punishment because here I am, back again. More of the same poor service and bad attitudes. They have told me at $360/night they don’t have even one extra blanket in the entire place (with a terrible attitude might I add). There WON’T be a third stay smh

there employees are thieves and they want do anything about it when they plainly tell you they overrode the safe code to open it

Our room was filthy. Dust & dirt piled up in the corners of the bathrooms. Our feet was black from walking on the floors. Got into bed on the first night and it was full of sand so there's no chance that the sheets were cleaned. Our kitchen dining room lights did not work and was never fixed. The front desk was nice but nothing was done to fix these issues besides providing new sheets for the sandy bed. I definitely had much higher expectations. The harbor walk was great.

This place sucks for older people They treated us like red headed step child and put us over in the Sunset Suites they said we could move for $800 more they didn’t offer us a discount or try to make us happy we didn’t realize that we would have to be able to walk that far just to catch a boat to go to the beach And every little thing we need we had to call and have it brought over which we felt we had to tip them I will make sure everyone I know not to book there We never saw anything else there because we had to walk to ... read more
