Take a hard pass on this place. Front desk manager is terrible and treats guests like they’re beneath them. As an owner, please stop with the pushy “30 minute” seminars etc. you tell them No, then NO again then NO AGAIN and then you’re the bad guy. The bald guy “supervisor” is a joke! Get rid of that guy and the blonde manager. Thankfully I secretly recorded the entire situation from beginning to end and sent to corporate. Can’t wait to get out of this mess. Terrible terrible experience.

HORRIBLE and DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE. As locals we like to stay here from time to time for a staycation, this was my second time coming with my infant daughter. While using the pool I walked into the shallow end with my daughter in my arms, my legs immediately flew out from under me causing me to throw my daughter from my arms. She and I both fell onto the hard ground. She hit her head and and whole back, while I hit my hips and upper back on the floor. I was traumatized, my daughter was traumatized…no staff there to help. This place was the absolute worst! I booked a 3 bedroom/3 bath. It was suppose to consist of 1 king and 2 queen beds. There was a bunk bed in one of the rooms. I immediately went back to the front desk. The customer service person tried to assist but from her records the room should have had 1 king and 2 queens. The rude Manager came out and didn’t even try to understand or resolve the issue. She kept saying that she couldn’t do anything. Our room was next to the trash room. I loved our room, clean, beautiful and no bugs. Just parking was a nightmare, needs more signs to understand where to park. Same for elevators, need markers for east or west so you don't get on wrong one.

The umbrellas and beach chairs they promise they provide are only available if you make it on the first beach ferry of the day. They have a very limited number and if you’re not there first, you’re SOL. The pool area is under construction making seating there very limited. Not there by 9:00 am, no seat at the pool for you. Trying to address any issues with the staff results in “sorry there’s nothing I can do”. This has been a huge disappointment and waste of a massive amount of points. Rooms were filthy! Beds were awful! No beach except by ferry! My children literally got scabies! Do not stay here!

This “resort” is AWFUL. The amount of money you spend, it should be top of the notch. With that being said, my family (20 of us) rented two condos ($10,000) for a week and we would never in a million years have stayed here if we knew what we were getting in to. It is completely rat and roach infested. Roaches were crawling all over in the kitchen, the bathrooms had pubic hair in the toilet, and tubs. The floors are so dirty that they turn your feet black. We arrived a few hours ago and checked into our room. The smell of curry 🍛 was overwhelming. We spoke the the front desk and they put in a work order to have an odor bomb dropped in the room. The Maintanace representative showed up (and recognized the smell immediately) promptly and sprayed a bottle of baby powder scent in the room which only made the smells compete. We visited the front desk again and a manager was nice enough to speak to us. She said there was nothing she could do, but acknowledged the people staying in... read more

The shuttle boat to the beach is broken. Our first day of vacation is spent waiting forever. The rented shuttle is going back and forth empty to get people off the beach instead of bringing people that want to go out there at the same time. It’s an absolute mess! The guy running one of the shuttle boats is rude. #nothappy
