RecommendedBrought in my baby girl Boo after she had started to not eat for a couple days. They were able to see her quickly and kept me updated on the entire process. Unfortunately she was given a diagnosis of lymphoma, but the staff has been super supportive and helped me connect with an oncologist to determine available treatment options for my kitty. Despite me being a huge emotional wreck they’ve been super calm and understanding! Recommend to anyone in the area who’s got a sick doggo or kitty cat.

We had to rush my boxer to the vet the day after Christmas. They took her in and treated her like one of their own pets. We had a great experience and my dog is already home after what was a scary start. I’m thankful they took such good care of her and called with updates twice a day! Forever thankful for them getting my girl home to me.

Super friendly, great service, and they took great care of our puppy when he got sick!
Great care for our pup after he was bitten by a snake. Kept us informed and once we realized the swelling was likely from venomous snake bite they started lab and treatment in a very reasonable amount of time. Would use them again if necessary.

I can’t recommend this place enough! My boy fish got into ibuprofen and we rushed him to the ER. The second we brought him in we were greeted by the sweet receptionist who immediately took our dog back. Sadly we had to leave him there for 3 days in order for them to properly monitor him. While he was there they called every 12 hours and would text me pictures and videos of him. I can't say enough positive things about this clinic. Our doberman was there for 48 hours, and the love that was shown to him by every staff member was so appreciated. Every employee we encountered was so kind, caring, and helpful, to both us and our dog. Thank you for everything you did to try to save our sweet boy ❤️

My 2 year old miniature schnauzer was attacked by a wild animal, possibly a badger. We brought Kai up here to EPCT, we were told she would need surgery to remove the rotten tissue that the bite wound had. They did everything they could to save her leg, she was pretty bad off. and after a 5 day stay she finally got to come home, we did follow up visits with our regular vet. Harry decided to swallow Santa Hat off his favorite Buc ee’s toy…the staff here was amazing! Took him right in, proceeded to retrieve Santa hat with stuffing by inducing vomiting. Watched him after to make sure of no problems and we are safely home💞

Highly Recommend this facility!! I came in very emotional and fearful of my boxer puppy’s condition after eating numerous pieces of sugar free gum with Xylitol. I rushed him here within an hour after eating the gum and they immediately weighed him, took him back to induce vomiting, and gave me the number to Poison Control to confirm the quantity of Xylitol in the gum.
