I went to him for my shoulder that I broke almost 20 years ago and he thinks I may have a slap tear. Gives me anti-inflammatory and sends me on my way. Weeks later I return, still in pain, put me on another anti-inflammatory and wants to run a several hundred dollar MRI in several weeks time. Meanwhile he refused to provide with a cortisone shot or any other means of pain relief. So if it's not important enough to releive my immediate pain, it must not be that bad so I cancelled all.
Very arrogant and did not seem interested in helping me at all. He would talk over me every time I tried to explain what my symptoms were. Told me "he is a surgeon so unless I'm getting surgery he couldn't help me" and when I asked what he thought the problem was, his response was "well I don't have a crystal ball so I don't know." I was looking for guidance and help after having neck pain for over a year and he did none of those things. Rushed me out of the room after 5 minutes.
Do NOT waste your time entrusting your health to this pretentious snob of a "doctor." This "doctor" barely has the time of day to sit & actually listen to health concerns & context given. Let alone his "examination" - he spent a rushed 30-seconds "examining" my back for the problems I presented. And don't waste your time with imaging. He took 2 looks at my MRI & concluded "there's nothing my tools can do for you." I could not be more disgusted with the time I spent with "Dr." Madsen.

I've had RA for several years,first new patient appt, Dr Klett looked at my hands said you may have gout..had me take a med for gout just t see what happens..lost feeling in my arms and legs, and several other side effects after just 2 doses//guessing is not safe!..while waiting for my second appt (3mos later) recvd a call that appt had to be canceled, asked to see other Dr in office,instead I rec a call from anthr dr in another town,that had passed me off to them without even a ph call..
The most smug and arrogant person I have ever met. He never even asked me about why I was there or what symptoms I was experiencing. While I was waiting in the exam room I could hear him berating another patient in the next room - not a good start. Then, after I waited over an hour for my appointment Dr Musante talked AT me for five minutes, told me what was wrong with me (without asking me a single question), and offered little to no advice on how to proceed with diagnostics, treatment, etc.
Dr. Desaix lied about the location of my injury, so she could keep treating me and charging my insurance. My injury was actually mid calf and she charted and told me that the injury was at the back of the heel. As a podiatrist she couldn't treat an injury above the ankle. She refused to communicate my restrictions to my place of work and almost got me fired because of this. Go somewhere else ANY where else. She has no idea what she is doing. But she know how to get insurance money.
Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. Waited an hour + then she saw me for less than 10 mins, told me I needed an x-ray, then left the room. I assumed that after my x-ray I'd be taken back to a room to finish talking with her about my condition. Not! Told to go to check out & when I did, was told Dr. Zimmerman wanted to see me in 4 to 6 weeks! What??? I have never been treated like this in my life! No explanation from her and have to wait that long to find out whats wrong with me.
