Went in with knee pain after an auto accident. I was a pedestrian. Dr. Kerner ordered and reviewed x-rays, but never actually touched the injured leg. Said to come back in 4-6 weeks if not feeling better. What I wanted was a detailed exam to see if there were tears or other issues with knee. One week later and pain is now worse, so I am going to find a doctor who isn't too rushed to actually provide a real examination. Glad to share more details with any prospective patients.
He was dismissive, condescending, rude. I had to interrupt to ask questions, most of which were brushed off. There was no attempt to address my concerns.
We did a virtual visit and it lasted 3 while minutes he was very quick to rush off and not answer questions. Very very upsetting.
Not as great as the individuals that praise his perfect work. After my surgery I didn’t see him or any other doctor until 2 weeks later. I believe under his credentials he may be a good guy but as far as care for me his only concern was my picture perfect disc xrays not the pain caused before, during or after
I had a hip replacement and acquired MRSA. Had to have a second surgery losing a liter of blood. Weeks of IV antibiotics. Dr Hallows did not call my family after either surgery to let them know I was in recovery and OK. I have never heard of a surgeon not contacting family post op.
This was an absolute waste of my time. All be would offer is gel shots. My knee needs to be replaced but he refused. My quality of life is so bad due to me barely being able to walk
He’s a good doctor and all he did my knee replacement great job, but he and my pain doctor went back and forth telling me that doctor was suppose to handle my pain medicine for my knee replacement so can you imagine going through surgery without pain medicine and had to stop physical therapy cause of the pain I was going through so my knee is no better, but doctor bower is a great doctor guess the communication was not there between doctor.
I would recommend Dr. Bagsby because he explained my condition to me and gave me instructions to use at home also
Visited Dr. Viens for a severe ankle sprain. He did not communicate with me about the type of ankle fracture or types of. treatment for this condition. I was just referred to physical therapy. The physical therapist provided me with more information on my condition than the actual doctor. The visits were quick with lack of true concern. Very disappointing experience.
