After calling in to pay my bill today I decided to finally post my review ( I tried to avoid writing bad reviews) my last appointment (to go over my MRI and xrays) which I had to pay my $70 co pay was horrible service from a medical Dr. First Dr. Madsen was going over a different patient xrays and I HAD to point that out to him. I asked him a question and his response was "I'm sorry can you repeat that I have to remember where am?" I walked out of there so confused and didn't feel comfortable

Bad experience. The staff members are rude & patients wait a long time. Had an appt at 4 pm. No customers were in the office & waited 45 minutes while she was doing paperwork obviously. Changing doctors. ??
Dr. Smith gave me my first epidural shot for a bulging disk. There was no interaction with me, no explanations of what was to happen and all he did was repeat aloud, "Will you look at that disk." The pain was worse than anything I'd ever experienced (including child birth and a kidney stone). My husband heard me screaming in the waiting room. The second shot I received was with another practitioner. It was an entirely different experience-some discomfort, no pain. I'd never go back to him.
BEWARE!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS DOCTOR. HE DIAGNOSED ME WITH PLANTAR FASCIITIS WHEN I HAD THE ONSET ON NEVER DAMAGE. I WILL HAVE SEVERE PAIN IN MY FEET FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.
She is very rude. Seems confused. Tried to tell me that I didn't need to see the specialist I was referred to in her practice. Only to find out my condition needs surgery to correct.
Wait time greater than 60 minutes to see the doctor. I thought I had an appointment with Dr. Mali-- not the medical intern. He spent a total of 10-15 minutes talking with my mother and me. He seemed rushed and abbreviated his responses with limited elaboration.
She knows how to get insurance money and that's all she cares about.
I went to see him for a neck problem. Previous appointments were with his P A. He was very kind, listened, and provided superb care. He is the worst doctor I have even seen in my entire life. Rude, did not listen to anything I had to say.. Stormed out of room to next patient. While I was at the check out, he came up, rude to his staff. Raising his voice. too busy telling me how wonderful he was to listen to me. Never again, Never recommend. No surgery on me. Awful.
