This place almost killed my father. They do not deserve any stars. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The dr is incompetent. They do not follow instructions and left my father alone while he was eating which it clearly states he can not be left alone. He vomited And aspirated and was rushed to the ER. Mind you taken him to the ER only happen because I came to visit him. Other wise he could have died.

My mom has been here for a few days now and from what I've seen so far, its horrible. The nurses do not come and check on patients. The CNA's are just as bad or worse. You asknfor something and it takes them 30 minutes to get it for you. Does it really take that long for water? To assist someone to the bathroom? Horrible! Today i arrived at 6:30... it is now 7:15 and my moms nurse has been standing in the next bed over chatting away with the patient.... about personal stuff. If your coming in as an out patient for physical therapy, this place is great. if you have to stay here for a couple of days or weeks I wouldn't recommend it. It was just my personal experience. The Dr that runs this place is really nice and did an excellent job . It was just the nursing staff and especially the nursing staffs supervisors that made my stay very difficult have a medical condition that needs special needs and the supervisors refused not only my request , but the Dr's request as well to have treatment in my roo... read more
