Terrible company that pays Yelp to remove reviews. However, I will NOT be silenced, especially not by them. As such, I'll keep this brief. Alta (OT) and Scott (PT) as well as the night nurses Priti and Debra are the only professionals there. The rest of the staff treated my mother horribly by throwing her out prematurely due to "insurance", which is curious because even her insurance wouldn't pay for Encompass' mistreatment and unprofessionalism. If i could rate in the negative double digits, i would!! My Mom is 83 and had her gallbladder removed, mom was transported to Encompass in Henderson to regain her strength.. she was so weak and couldn't even walk on her own. Prior to the surgery, My mom was independent and NEVER used a walker, on her first day at rehab, staff asked her what her goal was upon discharge, my Mom would be as independent prior to the operation...Ana, one of the case managers went to speak to my Mom on the first day at Encompass and Ana was extr... read more

Here now with my wife who transferred from hospital last night she has a fractured skull and brain bleeds/swelling. Had been in ICU before transfer here. For 16+ hours they gave her no pain meds. Nurse told her she wouldn't help her get to the bathroom, told her to pee in adult diaper even though PT said she could walk with walker. Facility is dingy but that would be ok if you didn't have to fight for patient care.

I wanted to leave a positive review, but my husband wasn't prescribed a water pill despite my inquiry. Now, we're at the ER due to a water retention issue, which shows he really needed it. This could have been avoided if they had. Additionally, they mentioned my husband had severe sleepiness, but a review of his medications would have revealed that the extreme dizziness was caused by the meds.

1. they put people at risk ( disregarding discharge agreement) in 120 degree weather they discharged some one a day early ! drove them to the house they had no way to get into a house putting them at risk for stroke . 2. they state some on cant go to services ( dr visitor the next day they release saying they are no long er infectious because Medicare stop paying them . 3. communication just sucks , they never answer questions, you ask a question and they answer is totally irrelevant 4. they do a little as possible disre... read more
