1. they put people at risk ( disregarding discharge agreement) in 120 degree weather they discharged some one a day early ! drove them to the house they had no way to get into a house putting them at risk for stroke . 2. they state some on cant go to services ( dr visitor the next day they release saying they are no long er infectious because Medicare stop paying them . 3. communication just sucks , they never answer questions, you ask a question and they answer is totally irrelevant 4. they do a little as possible disre... read more

I just had the worst interaction with a woman who works at the front desk of Encompass Health south. She was rude, callous, and didn't seem to care about any of my questions or concerns. I'm going to complain to the management. I've never experienced anything like that in a healthcare setting.

My friend is in there , day one laying in own mess not getting pain meds. No one has checked on him in 4 hours!!! Then he had a legit concern and before you could snap your fingers he was booted out to another facility!! Shame on encompass!!

My family and myself are so disappointed with the care from Encompass Health that was provided to my mother. We had two horrible experiences from two different CNAs while a family member was present with my mother, that makes us very concerned for a patient that would be unable to advocate for themselves. One of the instances was when my father was present and my mother requested to go to the restroom, to which the CNA replied, "I don't have time for this", walked out of the room, and never came back. My dad is currently a patient at Encompass. He is very happy with the physical therapy & physical therapists. This review is solely based on the follow issues. They do not have his medication available to him, luckily my mom brought his from home. His morning medication needs to be taken with food otherwise it upsets his stomach, they have not accommodated this even though my dad keeps telling them. Last night he called my mom to tell her they didn't have the cream to ease the itching from his shingles, they said they would... read more
