Avoid this "rehab facility" if you value your health and privacy. I witnessed numerous HIPPA violations due to complete lack of privacy in patient rooms and rehab areas; incompetent and disillusioned therapists as well as administration and nursing staff that harassed me and demanded I be removed from a private room (I was placed in a single room by another administrator due to the volatility and threats from a roommate) for simply requesting my medication to be changed due to side effects. Zero stars! This was the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a medical facility! Upon arrival I told intake nurse, regular nurse, assistants, physical therapist, occupational therapist the reason I was there & it was as though no one related the information to the next person! I've must have repeated myself 12 times the first 4 hours upon arrival. I said that I was vomiting & weak, couldn't walk without assistance could only tolerate eating broth. Breakfast & lunch was solid foods & nurse assistance just shrugge... read more

I hate that I have to give even one star to encompass. I would be happier if I could give it negative stars as it deserves. Do not, I repeat do not send your love one to this place. I lasted 12 hours. The don't care about their patients and basically hide behind their horrible procedures. I went from the hospital to encompass and it was horrible from the minute I got their. They wouldn't give me my meds which I was do, and was in tremendous pain and the longer they hid behind their procedures the longer I had to wait. I had... read more

If your going to this establishment the MA was great Jodi you did an excellent job as well as the Physical Therapist Pong both are an asset to the Establishment. The Doctor was totally into the cookie cutter operation see the Patient for a few minutes and on to the next room not even Knowledgable of of patients needs . The Dr Refered Encompass her to Home care Owed by Encompass . When asked for the list of home health care we were told the list contains to many and the Dr walked away onto the next patient. This place almost killed my father. They do not deserve any stars. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The dr is incompetent. They do not follow instructions and left my father alone while he was eating which it clearly states he can not be left alone. He vomited And aspirated and was rushed to the ER. Mind you taken him to the ER only happen because I came to visit him. Other wise he could have died.
