If I could give negative stars I would. This by far has been the worst place I have ever been to. Back in February I had back surgery at UCSF. I had a spinal cord tumor and they fix my scoliosis. I ended up being in the hospital for a total of 7 weeks. Three and a half weeks at UCSF and three and a half weeks at Encompass. The building is new, very elegant in and out. It looks clean, the first impression is always good. But the reality is other. DR. Vina hates hispanic, he over prescribes medications, he makes up illnesses he intimidates clients with his lawyer knowledge" he does not care about hispanic patients there left alone for long hours, staff members, care givers and nurses just pass by the rooms.
