I am giving this business five stars but these five stars are all negatives stars. This business is something else. While the staff who are directly involved in the care and rehab of their patients were more than just efficient and actually were above and beyond in their care of their of patients. No complaints there. The problem was with my husbands discharge and needed medical supplies which weren't given to him and what was ordered and arrived before his release was not something we are able to use. To whom it may concern, On behalf of our family, I would like to thank your Rehabilitation Center for providing great care by your delightful employees, namely: Tyler, Dobrina, Eliza, Hanna, Aline, Charlotta, Jennifer and Angel. On November 19, 2019 My Dad was transferred to your facility from Sutter Medical Center in Modesto. When we found out that he needed to complete a full Physical and Mental rehabilitation, we were told that he would be transferred to your facility. My experience was very positive. My first night was horrible because I was in so much pain but that was the doctors fault for not the nurses. The doctor would not pick up her messages from the exchange but in the morning boy oh boy did she get an ear full and after that I was comfortable. The food here is excellent. Every meal was good. You have your own room! The nurses are so busy but I saw them quite often. The real hero's are the nursing assistants that came when you pushed the button. The first time I came into this facility I came from Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. I'd had a horrific accident which nearly took my life. I was treated with the utmost care, dignity and professionalism for which a person could ask. I never lacked for the attention I needed. My occupational and physical therapists were well-trained, kind and dedicated to my utmost recovery. My case manager knew of my progress on a daily basis. My wife is just completing two weeks of intensive therapy at Healthsouth in Modesto following a stroke. We couldn't be happier with the facility, its programs and its staff. They are all fantastic! My wife has been treated kindly and with great competence by all of the staff including doctors, caseworker, nurses, therapists, nurses aides, technicians, housekeeping and dining room attendants.
