I cannot speak highly enough about the care my husband received at Encompass Health in Wobur.. He was there for PT after a long hospital stay. Every single health care professional we encountered was professional, compassionate and caring. They are 100% patient focused. The food was well prepared and fresh. The PT and OT appointments ran on time daily. They delivered a schedule to my husband either the night before or morning of each day of appointments. We could not have asked for a better experience. The care they gave my father in law was amazing!!!From his therapists OT/PT/Speech to his care manger nurses ect.The communication was great .We were sent home very confident on his needs and supports he will need already in place when we got home. Belinda Jenkins

This place was great. They helped my mom to walk a little bit, and took great care of her after a long illness left her hospitalized. The food was even good. Unfortunately she had to return to the hospital and when she was released she wasn't able to get back in to encompass. She got sent somewhere worse and we ended up removing her and bringing her home to care for her ourselves.

I was at Encompass for 2 weeks after fracturing my ankle. I have to say everyone there was wonderful. The doctors were the best, the nurses, wonderful, and PT and OT helped me so much to take care of myself when I left. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars was because I had COVID when I went in but was almost past the 10 day period, at that point. Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England in Woburn, MA After a couple of months of several falls and losing sensation In my right arm and my left hand, I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis. They performed a spinal fusion. It was a complete success. I then was transferred to Encompass, where the clinical staff knows their stuff. I was taking advantage of the PT / OT services. Great staff and rehabilitation programs. Comfortable and well appointed patient rooms. This is a great place to rehab although I cannot recommend the food.

Just a additional review at the discharge , couldn't have ask for more from the staff at encompass, doctor was one of the best we have ever had and always available took her time with my wife, answered every question , nurses and the PT staff was great. This place really set the bar for rehab and health care . front desk was awesome . The case worker at discharge stayed on top of things, made multiple phone calls. The staff all sent her off with music and cheers . Thank you for providing such great care.

Best place, my mother in law loved it .before here she was in a rehab in revere close to where we live she was not well cared for in the lighthouse rehab.we had to take her out . the only one was encompass and it was 20 minutes away from us but it was worth it shes doing soo much better she back home

I got discharged from Encompass last night after spending 20 days there. I was on 2 South. My nurses were amazing. They answered any questions I had. The aides are great. Food was great. I had a couple of strokes that made it so I couldn't walk. In those 20 days I was able to stand on my foot and actually walk with assistance. Basically my PT would hold me up by a belt as I walked across the room which was 25ft. To me that is amazing! I thought I would never walk again.
