BEWARE of this doctor. I saw her ONCE back in 2007. Gave her all my insurance info. She notified me in Jan 2009 to tell me the insurance company rejected the bill and sent me to collections. I GOT ZERO notification for 14 months and then sent to collections. SHE is a SCAM! BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!
