I was impressed with the quality of care at Encompass. Everyone was very competent at every level of care. They were all nice, friendly and helped get my 92 year old mom walking again after breaking her hip.

This place is great! I was at another rehab hospital before but Encompass blows that one out of the water. The food is great, the atmosphere is comforting and the staff is amazing. All the physical therapists push you to be stronger, but they're never mean or condescending. And everyone seems to want to be here. I've been here for 3 weeks and I'd give Encompass more than 5 stars if I could.

Encompass staff took excellent care of my dad after he had been in an inpatient facility for Covid treatment. Encompass was thorough, caring, and professional. I received calls from the case manager as well as from the pharmacist keeping me updated! The facility was clean and bright! My dad was so pleased with the care he received!

In my previous review via Google, I said 6 months ago Encompass staff was wonderful! The doctors and nurses were great. They listened intently to my issues, analyzed my problems and setup my rehabilitation requirements. The cafeteria provided delicious hot meals. The pharmacist came by on the day I arrived and the day prior to my departure. The rehabilitation therapists were knowledgeable, engaging and truly cared about my welfare. Encompass rescued us from a horrible situation and took excellent care of my mother following a simple knee replacement. We had made the mistake of originally taking my mother to Powerback, formerly known as Remington in Richardson, and the inadequate care almost killed her by giving her the wrong medication. The most important thing to remember when looking at Rehab facilities is the nursing staff as rehab is only 1-2 hours out of 24/7 care. Choose wisely as my moms surgeon was not helpful.
