Get directionsIf I could give this place a negative 1 I would. My mother was taken to this facility after her knee surgery on March 17th. My first red flag was when my mom called me very upset that she had requested medication to alleviate some trips to the bathroom since she was unable to walk. Apparently, it needed to take an act of God to get an Imodium. In the meantime, she called the nurse to help her get to the bathroom and there was no response. Twice. So obviously the next call to the nurse was to help her get cleaned up. Twice. ... read more

First let me say the therapists are the best thing going for this place. They rate a 5 in my book but, the doctors, nurses and case management not so good, a 1 star rating! My husband was in Encompass due to a massive stroke but I dont think this facility is set-up for a stroke patients. They are short-staffed and some of the nurses seem lazy and fail to aid the patient when called a 25 to 45 minute wait for a stroke patient that can not walk on his own and has no way to get to the restroom, then soils the bed and they do... read more

AWFUL!! Dangerous place!! Incompetent! I went there after leaving the hospital due to multiple fractures thinking it would be good for rehab before going home. However, we only lasted about 5 hours. It took them 45 minutes to answer a call button. If a person had fallen and busted their head they could be dead as long as it took them to respond!! There were other issues as well and we found them to be totally incompetent!! Such a shame!!

Melissa at reception is absolutely the rudest, worst receptionist I have ever talked to. My wife just had brain surgery and we have stellar insurance and the paperwork and I can't get past this woman. We will not be rehabbing here, even though it is in the neighborhood.

My mother (stroke) was processed on a Friday night. We just got transferred from Vandy late after noon. First impressions were OK. Clean and Bright, new facility. Initial processing went smoothly. After a few hours of being there, my mother wants to take a walk. That is when the first problem started. We just got down the hall and we run into the charge nurse for the first time. An older white woman with brown curry hair. She stops me with on the fly evaluation on my mother with attending nurse close by. After seei... read more
