I was in this facility for 10 days after an irregular hip surgery. I was on the lower level. I do not know what has happened to the others who have written reviews but I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A HOSPITAL/REHAB FACILITY WITH STAFF SO PATIENT, EDUCATED, FRIENDLY AND AFFABLE. I had at least 5 employees that treated be like their favorite family member. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE! I was fortunate enough to have several nurses and aids from Africa, Uganda specifically, who were intelligent ( most spoke 3 + languages.) inter... read more

I am completely and utterly surprised at the five reviews that have such negative things to say about Reliant. I have stayed there on two separate occasions and found it to be wonderful. In November 2014 after months of being unable to care for myself I decided to move to Texas from Florida to live with my daughter. I was fortunate enough to be sent for rehabilitation in order to be able to stand and walk and take care of myself. I had such incredible pain and I was in misery every waking moment before I moved to Texas. Howe... read more

After my mom's spinal surgery, we chose Encompass as her rehabilitation facility. She arrived on a Saturday, and the weekend crew did not appear knowledgeable about the new patient process. The nurse said the charge nurse would come and check in my mom, but she never came. The temperature in the room was at 81, and the nurse did not know how to cool it down. Once she was settled in, she was at a point where she needed help to use the restroom. There was an instance where they did not attend to her personal hygiene afterwar... read more

We were there less than 24 hours before we left. Upon arrival the driver put my husband in a room and NOBODY came and welcomed him or came to the room check him in. Admitting nurse was condescending. I gave her benefit of the doubt because my husband didn't want to be there and was a little ugly himself. I left the facility about 10 pm. He called me at 6am begging me to call 911. Lung had collapsed again and staff and the facility were not equipped to handle a crisis. When I got there my husband was begging me and said he w... read more
