My daughter was in this facility. Physical rehab, occupational therapy and speech therapy appeared to be very good. After a week it showed not much therapy was happening. The nurses ( most not all) lack empathy & caring skills. Not all seem to read charts or personal information. Every shift has different ways to go about taking care of patients medication schedule. My grandfather was placed in the care of this facility after a hospital stay. Not only does the staff not care about the patients and what's best for them, but the administration is the exact same way. Despite family attendance, phone calls, questions, and concerns they STILL do not give the patients the care they are paying for. If it wasn't for a family decision to move my grandfather back to the hospital due to a VERY CLEAR decline in his condition, who knows what might have happened. The staff is rude!!! I would like to give a higher star and if we ever get the compression socks that we requested and have been promised for the the last 4 days that my dad would get maybe I would consider it.. I'm putting this in writing in case I need documentation later.. I've asked / my sister has asked / my mom has asked... we have been told MULTIPLE TIMES oh yes we have those in order .. he is diabetic and his care is declining rapidity since being admitted 4 days ago... The staff were kind but had trouble getting consistent pain medication to delivered to my wife on time. My wife was also having panic attacks and was promised professional assistance from a Psychologist but receive nothing and at one time was left for 5 hours screaming and crying in her room with no assistance. I had to constantly be there to keep the level of care up so she could make it to the release date to get her out of there. Because of that, she was released too soon and we have had hell to pay here at home as she tr... read more

My friend patient at this facility. I'd had great care earlier this year, so recommend a recent was ed it. Her care, overall was acceptable. Her physician, however, was not concerned about pain management. She cried every single day from pain. She begged for help and dr turned a blind eye. I even called quality control, only to find out that her dr was the MEDICAL DIRECTOR! After ten days of sheer hell, I was able to get her to her pain mgmt physician.
